Please read our return policy before any purchase is made.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the following exceptions:
Any purchases on doors or furniture will only be given a store credit if said
item did not leave Jim’s store. If said item has left Jim’s and has been
damaged or altered in anyway, NO refund or store credit will be given.
We do not take responsibility for any third party services that has delivered
our door(s) or furniture. Nor do we take responsibility for any door(s) or
furniture that has been tied down and picked up directly at Jim’s.
