WHAT ARE YOUR OPEN HOURS?
Jim’s is by appointment Monday – Thursday. Our warehouses are open
without any appointment necessary on Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and
Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Jim’s will post special hours we are open on
Monday – Thursday during the holidays and when Jim’s has sales.

DOES JIM’S OFFERING DELIVERY OR SHIPPING?
Jim’s offers local delivery within 200 miles of our warehouses and Jim’s
offers shipping in the continental United States.

IS EVERY DOOR ON JIM’S WEBSITE?
Jim’s has the largest selection of doors in the South, so not every door is
posted on our website. You can always call us and we can send additional
photographs of any doors available in your sizes. All doors in the
Clearance Warehouse are not posted on the website, but we will send
photographs of any clearance doors in your sizes.

WHAT IS JIM’S CLEARANCE WAREHOUSE?
Jim’s has a clearance warehouse approximately 2800 sq ft filled with doors,
windows, and other items that are 50% off. The Clearance Warehouse is
not on Jim’s website since the inventory changes very quickly in it. If you
are interested in anything in the Clearance Warehouse, please contact
Jim’s and let us know what you are looking for and we will send pictures to
you of what is available in the Clearance Warehouse. Please note that the
doors in the Clearance Warehouse need some “TLC” are not in excellent
condition as the rest of Jim’s inventory.

ARE YOUR DOORS SOURCED FROM THE US?
At Jim’s we are fortunate to work with buyers from overseas who allow us
to handpick the majority of our inventory. The containers we receive mostly
come from Egypt and Europe.

DO YOU BUILD CUSTOM DOORS?
Yes, we build custom interior and exterior doors. Please contact us directly
for more information and pricing.

WHAT IS THE SIGNATURE LINE?
The Signature Line is a line of custom doors that are replicas of some of
our antique doors and are sold exclusively at Jim’s.

ARE YOUR DOOR MEASUREMENTS POSTED ON THE WEBSITE
EXACT MEASURESMENTS?
All doors are measured to the nearest ½ inch. If you need exact
measurements, please contact Jim’s for more information.

DOES JIM’S CHANGE OR REPLACE THE GLASS OF DOORS?
Yes, we have in-store services available for changing or replacing glass in
our doors. Each door is quoted by the type of glass used and the size of
each glass. Please contact us directly regarding changing or replacing the
glass of our doors.

DOES JIM’S TRIM THE DOORS?

Yes, we have in-store services available for trimming doors. Not all doors
are available for trimming because of their specific design. If you have any
questions, please contact us directly regarding trimming of your doors.

DOES JIM’S PROVIDE DOOR FRAMES?
Yes, we can have frames built for our doors. If a frame is needed, please
contact us directly regarding building a frame for your doors.

WHAT OTHER SERVICES DOES JIM’S PROVIDE?
Jim’s provide in-store services which include, but are not limited to trimming
the doors, adding to the doors, restoration, removing hardware, installing
hardware, removing and/or replacing glass and/or iron in doors, and
building door frames.

DOES JIM’S INSTALL THE DOORS?
Yes, Jim’s will install their doors. You must contact us directly for more
information and for a quote for installation of our doors.
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, check and credit card payments. A 3% fee is charged for
all credit card payments.
All credit card information is encrypted during transmission and storage so
that your data information is safe and secure.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR TRADE PROGRAM?
Any designer, builder or contractor can apply with Jim’s to have an account
with us by filling out the questionnaire and by supplying the supporting
information requested by Jim’s.
HOW DOES THE TRADE PROGRAM WORK?
Once your information has been confirmed, you will be given special log in
information to shop online with special pricing available.
